SAVINGS-RELATED STOCK OPTION SCHEME 2016 (“2016 SHARESAVE SCHEME”)
The Company has been informed that, under the terms of the Company’s 2016 Sharesave Scheme, the following directors/PDMRs have been granted options to buy ordinary shares of £0.25 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of £4.80 per Ordinary Share. The options were granted on 4th October 2015 and the savings term is 3 years.

Please note: The Sharesave Scheme is an all employee HMRC-approved Save As You Earn Scheme under which employees of the Company can save up to a maximum of £300 per month, over a period of three years. At the end of this period the amount saved can be used to buy Ordinary Shares at a price set at the start of the relevant savings period under the Sharesave Scheme in question. Employees can withdraw their participation at any time and have their funds returned to them. The option to buy Ordinary Shares is normally exercisable for 6 months from the end of the relevant savings period.
