Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions involving two of its directors, Jamie Cayzer-Colvin and William Wyatt, as detailed below.
On 8 January 2019, ordinary 5p shares were transferred to the above-named directors under Caledonia's 2011 Performance Share Scheme ("Performance Share Scheme") and Caledonia's 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan ("Deferred Bonus Plan") at nil cost. All shares were sourced from the Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust ("EST") and subsequently sold back to the EST at 2907.5p per share on the same date.
