Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
On Saturday 5 March 2011 the Company was notified that on 28 February Mr Tim Ryan and Mrs Judith Ryan jointly purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Lloyds Banking Group plc at 62.86 pence per share.
