Richard Smith (Chief Executive Officer) was awarded 29,161 deferred shares in February 2015 under the Company's deferred share bonus scheme, deferred for 3 years. The deferral period has now passed and these shares have now vested and, after deducting for income tax and national insurance, Richard Smith has received 15,455 shares.
