The Company has been notified that Stephen Bird, Senior Independent Director, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £4.10 per share on Tuesday, 28 July 2015. Following this transaction Stephen Bird now holds a total of 28,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.086% of the issued share capital of the Company.
