PageGroup plc (the "Company")
Notification of transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
Set out below are details in relation to dividend reinvestments into ordinary shares in the Company made on behalf of the Company's Chair, Angela Seymour-Jackson. Due to an oversight, notifications concerning the acquisition of the shares by virtue of a standing dividend reinvestment instruction having been applied to the brokerage account in which the Company's shares are held were not made at the relevant time.
