On 1 August 2024, Geoffrey Gamble, Chairman of the Company, acquired 3,552 ordinary shares of 10.0p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.5p per share. Following this acquisition of shares, Geoffrey Gamble’s beneficial interest is 200,582 Ordinary Shares which equates to 3.60 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has 5,574,403 Ordinary shares in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
