Maintel Holdings PLC01 February 2008 Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company") Directors' shareholdings On 31 January 2008 the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan (an allemployee share purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs)acquired 1,462 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital ofthe Company, representing 0.012 per cent of Maintel's issued share capital at aprice of 167p per share. As a result of this purchase, T T Mason, N J Taylor andW D Todd, all being directors of Maintel as well as trustees of the ShareIncentive Plan, are deemed to have increased their notifiable interest in theCompany.
