Filtrona plc announces that on 28 April 2011, following the satisfaction of performance conditions for an award made in April 2008, a transfer of 146,179 shares was made to Steve Crummett under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part B. Subsequent to the transfer, on 28 April 2011, Steve Crummett sold 111,173 shares at a price of £3.4486 per share. Following the transaction the total holding of Steve Crummett is 88,962 which represents 0.0429% of the shares in Filtrona plc.
