On 1 March 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Mr David Strange, a PDMR, has today purchased 18,934 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120.5p each.

His resultant holding in ordinary shares in the Company is now 922,571 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4046% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
