The above revised beneficial holding includes L Norval's and N Haasbroek's beneficial interest in the shares registered in the name of Parkdev International Asset Managers(Pty) Limited, Parkdev Investments(Pty) Limited , Pinelake International Limited and Clearance Capital ( Cayman) Limited.

On 2 November 2011, Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that Parkdev Investments (Pty) Limited has an interest in 3,657,338 Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. This represents 1.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Parkdev International Asset Managers (Pty) Limited, Pinelake International Limited and Clearance Capital (Cayman) Limited are related parties and all the parties together hold 96,466,088 Ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 27.51% of the issued share capital.

Prior to this notification, all the parties together held a total of 26.53%.
