Travis Perkins PLC23 May 2006 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') was yesterday notified that Ian Goldsmith, amember of the Company's Executive Committee, yesterday exercised options over18,311 ordinary shares of 10p each in the company ('shares'). 3,089 shares wereexercised at an option price of 1071.5p and 15,222 shares were exercised at anoption price of 1067.5p. He retained 3,027 shares and sold 15,284 shares at aprice of 1491.4779p. As a result, Mr Goldsmith now has a beneficial interest in4,317 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01%of the issued share capital.
