Kingfisher Performance Share Plan ("PSP") Awards
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.R, Kingfisher plc ("the Company") today announces that awards under the PSP have been granted to the following Directors and PDMRs. The awards are subject to the performance and employment conditions set out in the annual report and were granted as nil cost options on 17 June 2011, following shareholder approval to amend the rules of the PSP at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 16 June 2011.
