PEP REINVESTMENTS

The Company was notified on 3 April 2009 of re-investments by the manager of PEPs held by Ian Marchant and Colin Hood pursuant to regular standing order instructions. Ian Marchant acquired 11 shares and Colin Hood acquired 39 shares at a price of £10.92455 per share on 1 April 2009.
