Director's Shareholding
The Company received notification today that Charles Wigoder made a gift of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 31 March 2010.
Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,804,041 shares and a non-beneficial interest in 2,300,000 shares, representing approximately 20.19 per cent. and 3.36 per cent. respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
The total number of shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 16,104,041 shares, representing approximately 23.55 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
