London and New York, 28 September 2012 - Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (the "Company" or "Amphion") was advised on 28 September 2012 that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, purchased 125,000 ordinary shares at a price of 2.75 pence per ordinary shares and 375,000 ordinary shares at a price of 3.0 pence per ordinary share on 28 July 2012 in the Company. Accordingly, Richard Morgan is now beneficially interested in 24,692,499 ordinary shares, representing 18.29 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
