PDMR notification & Director shareholding
North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (the "Company") has today been notified that Lily Moncreiffe, the daughter of its Chairman, Peregrine Moncreiffe, purchased 575 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares") on 4 April 2017 at a price of 2545p per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Moncreiffe's direct interest remains unchanged at 419,182 Shares representing in total approximately 2.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
