Omega, the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that on 12 August 2011 the following Director was granted options over ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'):

The options have an exercise price of 13.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The vesting period begins one year after grant and the options will lapse on the tenth anniversary of grant if not exercised.
