Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc ("ERT" or "the Company") announces that it has received notification that on 15 October 2012, David Shepley-Cuthbert, Finance Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.13 pence each. Following this transaction Mr Shepley-Cuthbert holds 4,166,400 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.53 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
