NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised on 31 October 2008 by Equiniti Limited, that Ian Cheshire, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was granted an option over 8,807 ordinary shares of 155/7p at an option price of 109p per share on 29 October 2008, under the Kingfisher plc SAYE scheme with a contract start date of 1 December 2008. The options are exercisable between 1 December 2011 and 1 June 2012.
