The Company announces that Jasper Judd, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company and his wife, Caroline Judd, a person closely associated (PCA) have sold 3,000 jointly held shares in the Company and subsequently repurchased 1,500 shares each in the Company into their respective ISA accounts. The transaction took place on 17 April 2023.
