NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCAs")
PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 5 February 2020 Mr Sean Breslin, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 7,264 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"). This transfer resulted in no change in the beneficial ownership by Mr Breslin of the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
PCA Shareholding
The Company announces that on 5 February 2020, Mrs Tamzin Breslin (PCA to Mr Breslin), transferred 7,667 Ordinary Shares to her ISA. The transfer resulted in no change in the beneficial ownership by Mrs Breslin of the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the above PDMR and PCA shareholding transactions:
·; Mr Breslin holds 39,062 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.046% of the total shareholding in the Company.
·; Mrs Breslin holds 7,667 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.009% of the total shareholding in the Company.
·; Together Mr and Mrs Breslin hold 0.055% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMRs is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
