County Contact Centres PLC26 April 2006 County Contact Centres plc (the "Company") Notifiable Interest Directors' Share Dealings The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase of141,198 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence each, StuartGordon, the Financial Director of the Company, is now interested in 548,000shares, representing 1.84 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. The Company also received notification yesterday that following the purchase of141,755 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence each, GeoffreyForsyth, the Technical Director of the Company, is now interested in 481,427shares, representing 1.62 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. The Company also received notification yesterday that following the purchase of12,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence each, WilliamCatchpole, the Managing Director of the Company, is now interested in 1,396,989shares, representing 4.69 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. The Company also received notification yesterday that William Catchpole, theManaging Director of the Company, sold 167,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9pence each and that Suffolk Life Annuities Limited purchased 167,000 ordinary 1pshares in the Company at a price of 9 pence each. Suffolk Life Annuities Limitedis now interested in 4,364,018 ordinary 1p shares representing 14.65 per cent ofthe issued share capital of the Company. As a consequence of these transactions, William Catchpole, the Managing Directorof the Company, has an unchanged interest in the ordinary shares in the Company,his total interest remaining at 1,396,989 shares, representing 4.69 per cent ofthe issued shares of the company.
