The Company has been notified that Mrs Katerina Garwood, a connected person to Alan Garwood, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, today disposed of 35,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 529 pence per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
