PDMR participation in the Rights Issue
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that today, it was notified that the following acquisitions of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were made by certain of its persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and, where indicated below, their closely associated persons pursuant to the Company's 33 for 50 rights issue of 64,455,707 new Ordinary Shares at 409 pence per Ordinary Share announced on 30 November 2018 (the "Rights Issue"):
