The Company has been notified that, on 6 April 2023, Duncan Tatton-Brown, Chair of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased a total of 90,080 ordinary shares at a price of £2.157 per share and on 11 April 2023, purchased a total of 9,920 ordinary shares at a price of £2.2125 per share.
