On 27th May 2011, G E Tuppen, an executive director, undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company at 80.0 pence per share:

·; The sale of 137,500 shares held beneficially 

·; The purchase of 137,500 shares to be held as trustee by an executive pension arrangement

As a result of these transactions there is no change to G E Tuppen's overall holding of shares in the Company which are held as follows:

Beneficial: 2,361,679

As Trustee: 829,500

Total: 3,191,179

% of issued shares: 0.63%
