The Company has been informed that Adam Walker, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £12.93 per Share.

As at the date of this announcement, Adam Walker has interests in 2,000 Shares (or 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital).
