GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
On 19 June 2012, the Company granted 50,000 options to one of its directors, Mr Tristan RJ Price, and 30,000 options to a senior employee, to subscribe for shares of 10p each at an exercise price of 403.208p per share, the average of the closing mid-market prices on the three dealing days prior to the date of the grant. These options are exercisable at any time between 19 June 2015 and 19 June 2022.
