Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 17 April 2025 that on 16 April 2025 Matthew Wright, Chief Actuary has instructed the transfer of 14,007 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company from Jarvis Investment Management to Halifax Share Dealing for nil consideration. Mr Wright remains the beneficial owner of the shares, and following the transaction the shareholding of Matthew Wright remains unchanged.
