AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday, 28 June 2016, Mr Dave Wheeldon, PDMR of the Company and his wife Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, each sold 918 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £16.61 per share and each re-purchased 911 shares at £16.63.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon beneficially owns 75,774 ordinary shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital and holds options over 33,515 shares.
