Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified today that on 13 August 2014, a SIPP managed on behalf of Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 1,655 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 208p per share.

Douglas Emslie's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 1,022,396 Shares, representing approximately 1.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
