Hammerson PLC25 March 2008 Following the exercise of nil cost options granted on 8 March 2005 under theHammerson 2000 Deferred Share Plan, a director of Hammerson plc, Mr D J Atkins,acquired 9,077 ordinary shares of 25p each in Hammerson plc on 20 March 2008. Ofthe 9,077 shares acquired, 3,730 shares were sold at £10.59 on the same day. As a result of these transactions, Mr D J Atkins now holds 18,258 ordinaryshares of 25p each in Hammerson plc.
