The Board of Elektron announces that on 17 February 2009, Keith Daley, Chairman, purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.1 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Daley is now interested in 5,400,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.31 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
