Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business announces that on 7 April 2014, James Bolton, Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited sold 14,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 445 pence per share and Kate Bolton, the wife of James Bolton, sold 7,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 445 pence per share.

James Bolton now has a beneficial interest in 412,718 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
