Director's Dealing

The Board of Numis announces that it received notification today that, Oliver Hemsley, Chief Executive Officer of Numis, has transferred 1,000,000 (0.89%) Numis shares at nil consideration, to his wife, Charlotte Hemsley effective on 6 May 2011.

Following the transfer, Oliver Hemsley's interest, as defined by the AIM rules, in Numis shares remains unchanged at 13,799,865 (12.30%) Numis shares.

The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number of shares in issue is 112,195,996, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Numis is 112,195,996.
