NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR')/PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ('PCA')
The Company announces the following PDMR/PCA transactions:
· On 17 April 2020, Mr James Barham, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 156.5p;
· On 17 April 2020, 2020 Mrs Anne Rosemary Dawson, PCA to Mr Jonathan Dawson (Chairman of the Company), purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each at a price of 158.5p; and
· On 17 April 2020, Mrs Angela Crawford-Ingle, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each at a price of 158.5p.
Following this notification:
· Mr Barham holds 1,598,573 Shares representing approximately 1.87% of the total shareholding in the Company;
· Mrs Dawson holds 90,800 Shares representing approximately 0.10% of the total shareholding in the Company; and
· Mrs Crawford-Ingle holds 24,924 Shares representing approximately 0.029% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of each PDMR/PCA is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
