On 30 October 2013 Somero Enterprises, Inc was notified that on 29 October 2013 Jack Cooney, CEO of Somero, purchased 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 98 pence per share.

In addition, on 30 October 2013, Jack Cooney purchased 10,300 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 99 pence per share.

As a result of these purchases, Jack Cooney's beneficial interest in Somero has risen to 4,227,102 ordinary shares, or 7.49% of Somero's total issued share capital.
