Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director of the Company, has today exercised 400,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.28% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 12.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in March 2003 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.
Iain Wallace has also today sold the 400,000 shares at 21.5 pence per ordinary share.
Following these transactions Iain Wallace continues to hold 142,494 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
