RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 30 January 2014 that The Swiftsure Trust, a discretionary trust of which the principal beneficiaries are the children of Ian Molson, Chairman of RM2, acquired 225,000 ordinary shares in the company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 79 pence per ordinary share on that date.

Following this transaction, Mr Molson is interested in a total of 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.88 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
