DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that its Chief Technology Officer, David Moss, has sold 424,436 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 0.55 per cent. of the issued share capital of Blue Prism at a price of 1473 pence per share. This transaction is further to the exercise of options by David Moss, as announced on 19 June 2019, and is partially for the purpose of satisfying the exercise price, income tax and National Insurance contributions in relation to the exercise of those options.
Following this option exercise, David Moss holds an interest in 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.25 per cent. of Blue Prism's issued share capital.
The Group has been advised that David Moss has no current intention to make any further sales of Ordinary Shares.
