Huntsworth plc, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed that on 25 June 2009 Eugene Beard, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought 19,640 ordinary shares of 1p each at 54.6818p per share. This takes Mr Beard's holdings in Huntsworth to 0.3% of the issued class.
