Rathbone Brothers PLC23 March 2007 NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS - CORRECTION On 1 March 2007, announcements of a number of share purchases of RathboneBrothers Plc ordinary shares by PDMRs were made. These included purchasesrequired by an incentive scheme for investment managers. Under the rules of thisscheme, there is a requirement to use cash received, net of Income Tax andNational Insurance, to purchase Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares and tohold these shares for a minimum of one year.
