Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons
The Company has been advised that Carlos Yuste, on Tuesday 24th November, sold 33,500 Ordinary shares at a price of 295p per share. Following this sale, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 29,425 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also announces that its Employee Share Option Plan ("ESOP") acquired 83,350 shares on Tuesday 24th November at a price of 295p per share. Following this purchase the ESOP holds 1,624,558 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
