The Company announces that Raymond Wolfson, Chief Executive, has today acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 12p per share. Following this acquisition, Raymond Wolfson holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
