Armour Group PLC26 May 2006 Armour Group Plc Directors' Shareholdings Armour Group Plc ("Armour" or the "Company") has been informed today that BobMorton and George Dexter, directors of the Company, have on 25 May 2006 acquiredin aggregate 530,000 Armour ordinary shares. Mr Morton acquired 500,000 sharesat a price of 321/2 pence per share and Mr Dexter acquired 30,000 shares at aprice of 32 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Morton holds 900,000shares representing approximately 1.32 per cent. of the issued share capital ofthe Company and Mr Dexter holds 1,349,146 shares representing approximately 1.97per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
