Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for the global promotional products industry, announces that the Company has been notified that Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 67,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.9 pence per Ordinary Share on 16 March 2021.

Following these share purchases, Martin Varley is now interested in 11,112,777 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.77 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
