Premier Research Group16 October 2006 Premier Research Group plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company was informed on 16 October 2006, that Dr Simon Yaxley, ChiefExecutive Officer, and Dr Guy Patrick, Chief Medical Officer, have transferred,by way of gifts, ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") to their respective wives. Dr Yaxley transferred a total of 916,667 shares to his wife Mrs Donna Yaxley andfollowing these transfers Dr Yaxley is still deemed to have a beneficialinterest in a total of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately6.66 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
