Director/PDMR Shareholding

LXB Retail Properties Plc (The "Company") has been notified that on 28 March 2013 Brendan O'Grady of LXB Manager LLP purchased 43,768 shares at a price of 114 pence per share.

Following this transaction Brendan O'Grady holds 1,303,310 shares in the Company which represents 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital. (This includes 150,000 shares held by Brendan O'Grady's wife.)

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP, which includes LXB Manager LLP, is a related party of the Company. LXB Manager LLP is the Investment Advisor to the LXB Retail Properties Plc Group. Following the above transaction, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP hold an aggregate total of 11,397,405 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 4.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
