EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that it has today been notified of the following transaction.
On 26 February 2020, certain Directors of the Company and certain members of EPIC Private Equity LLP ("EPE"), the Investment Advisor to the Company, and their connected parties (being PDMRs of the Company) purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In total, 34,139 Ordinary Shares were purchased by the PDMRs at a price of 200.00p per Ordinary Share. The details of the Ordinary Shares purchased by the PDMRs are provided below:
